What you need
  • 1lb. chicken thighs or breasts (I got mine from Butcher Box!), boiled 25 minutes and shredded
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, chopped (or more if you want)
  • ½ cup (or more) shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 2 granny smith apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup (or more) clean mayo
What to do
  1. Mush everything together and enjoy.
  2. (No seriously. It's that easy.)
